SUPER BOND is a high quality, low emission, high strength adhesive, that is compatible with most of the substrates. SUPER BOND is based on a very special type of synthetic resin, with very high-performance additives, fine grade mineral fillers and tackifier.

Storage: Store under cover, protect from direct sunlight and high temperature.
Cleaning: Clean with warm water and soap when wet. Mineral spirit, when dry.
Health & Safety: As with all chemicals, caution should always be exercised.

Recommended Applications;
SUPER BOND is an ideal adhesive for the vinyl/pvc/spc floor coverings, textile floor coverings with a latex, PVC or PUR foam backing, polyolefin sheeting, quartz vinyl flooring, polyolefin sheeting, rubber sheets & tiles up to 4 mm thickness with a smooth & sanded back.

SUPER BOND is also recommended for bonding of carpet to various substrates, EPDM Sheets, vinyl covering tiles, PVC sheets and PU foam with concrete, metal and wooden substrates.

Surface Preparation: The surface should be structurally sound, clean, dry, leveled and free from dust,
curing compounds, grease and other loose debris in accordance with BS 8203. Keep container closed when not in use.

Application Procedure: Apply SUPER BOND uniformly on the substrate using a notched spreader, fine trowel, brush or roller.
Allow SUPER BOND to cure for approximately 15-20 minutes before laying the floor covering.

Note: It is essential to ensure good contact between the floor covering and adhesive. Bonding over existing floor coverings should be avoided. Clean any excess adhesive with water immediately. Do not allow the adhesive to dry.
